Shipping policy
Free shipping promotions apply to Ground shipping only (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground).
- If you would like to upgrade to Priority shipping, please contact us to pay the difference.
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
- Any shipping delays will be communicated via email, website updates or social media.
Shipping Methods:
We ship via USPS or UPS and provide tracking once your label is created.
Shipping Method
- USPS First Class - Under 1lb - 1 to 4 days (Based on destination)
- USPS Priority Mail - Any weight - 1 to 3 days
- UPS Ground/Ground Advantage - Transit time varies by location
Delivery time is in addition to fulfillment time. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order.
Please be aware that Anchored Lilies Boutique cannot take responsibility for any shipping errors made by UPS, USPS, or any third party carrier nor for any orders that may be lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. Once your order has departed from our facility and is with the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items that do not arrive or are damaged due to the carrier or natural occurrences. If your order arrives later than the promised timeframe, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS etc.) directly, as Anchored Lilies Boutique is not liable once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
