Refund policy

Our return policy:

You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order.  To start a return, please email us with your purchase date and reason for return and wait for instructions before sending anything back.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, with tags attached, free of perfume and in new condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• You may request store credit to purchase an exchange.

Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges

• Sale items
• Items bought during BOGO or % off sales
• Hair accessories and hats

Certain items may come in with slight color differences from photos - this is due to the variation of lights and screens. 

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, email us a photo of the damaged within 5 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee.
